Frequently Asked Questions.

What happens to my information?

This site offers you the ability to create a temporary account in order to save your progress on forms you are working on. We do not offer permanent accounts, and all accounts are scheduled for automatic deletion after approximately 15 days from the time of creation. After that time, all information, forms, and progress you have made in your account will be deleted automatically.

If you create an account, you will have the option to delete your account and your data at any time.

What information do you collection?

We collect information from you that is necessary for completing the legal forms for the assistance you are seeking. Most of this information is already in public records. Some forms, however, may require additional information in order to complete. We will only ask for that information if needed. It is our goal to store as litle information about you as possible and to remove it from the system after our users have had an adequate amount of time to complete the legal forms they need.

Our site uses cookies, analytics, server logs, and other technical information to help us better understand how this site is being used and to give us a better understanding of aggregate demographic data. This information collection is common among most websites and is an important tool in helping us better serve our users.

How long does my information remain on the server?

Your account is given a 15-day expiration date as soon as it is created. After approximately 15 days, your account will be deleted along with any forms you have saved to your account. You may, however, delete your account immediately at any time from your user dashboard.

Can I extend my account expiration?

No. Once you create an account, your account's expiration day cannot be changed. Our goal is to maintain as little user information on our servers as possible and the expiration ensures that personal user data is regulary removed.

We encourage our users to manually delete their accounts once they've completed all the forms they need, rather than waiting for the expiration to pass.
